Well late posting as had a lot of internet access trouble but back up and running again. Here is the unchanged X spot Photo

We now have city water, shown here with the line coming across the street.
And here is the finished connection with the lines burried.
The water cistern is now buried at the back of the lot It is connected to the pressure pump in the right hand storage shed in the background.
Inside we have gotten a lot done:
Here the quartz counter tops are installed
and here is a good shot of the tile backsplash waiting for the electrical to be reinstalled.
and a shot of the finished living room floor.
all 4 fireplaces now have their new screen doors
The bamboo window screens are installed upstairs
And the Zebra shades are now in the storage bodega window, and the office window.
We went over Sunday morning to be surprised by the window and door carpenter and his wife installing our garage doors.
